Role Summary

The Corporate Affairs Lead – Vaccines is a hybrid Public Affairs and Communications role, acting as the primary corporate affairs point of contact for the Vaccines business across Poland and the CSE MCO (Central South Europe Multi-Country Organization). The role holder owns the Vaccines corporate affairs agenda in Poland end-to-end — both strategically and operationally — while coordinating with Corporate Affairs Leads across CSE MCO countries to shape coherent, locally relevant Public Affairs and Communications strategies for Vaccines. This role is instrumental in shaping the policy and communications environment to support Sanofi’s portfolio expansion, new launches and immunization uptake across the CSE MCO.

The role also serves as the regional entry point for global Vaccines Corporate Affairs matters, ensuring global insights, priorities and playbooks are translated into local action, and that local realities and intelligence flow back to global teams. The role holder works in close partnership with the Vaccines CSE MCO Leadership Team and contributes to the broader One Sanofi approach across the MCO.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including government bodies, health authorities, policy makers, media, patient advocacy groups, coalitions, and scientific/professional associations to advocate for improved vaccination policies and processes. • Executive & Thought Leadership Communications: Develop executive communications and thought leadership plans for the MCO/Poland GM and Leadership Team, aligned with global executive communications and employee engagement strategies.
