Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an experienced O2C Specialist Credit Control to join our Finance team, supporting the UK & IE operations. You will manage end-to-end billing, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will optimize the order-to-cash cycle, perform month-end close support, and contribute to process improvements. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in credit management (O2C/AR/Finance Ops).
• Experience in shared services or international environments preferred.
• ERP systems experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Chase receivables by phone and email to collect payments.
• Provide information on receivable positions and invoices to customers and internal teams.
• Agree payment arrangements with customers and document them.
• Manage external debt collection processes.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports and overviews.
• Continuously improve credit management processes and controls.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately within service levels and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and IT.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation.
• Assist system enhancements and Dynamics BC implementations.
