Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Workface Planner to support the project’s Workface Planning and Advanced Work Packaging program in Poland. You will coordinate field execution, engineering, and procurement to ensure timely, constraint-free IWPs and effective handover to startup.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience, strong reading of drawings, and excellent communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as Field Engineer or Construction Engineer on a jobsite.
• Proficient in reading drawings, interpreting designs, construction schedules, specifications and codes.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field work within the Workface Planning and AWP program.
• Prepare Installation Work Packages and coordinate with EPC functions.
• Maintain 90-day and 3-week lookahead and track IWPs.
• Support field engineering and training for project staff.
