Job summary

Minacs in Katowice is seeking a Customer Service Technical Specialist to support customers of a leading manufacturer of garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers and power tools. You will troubleshoot product-related issues and guide users through setup and maintenance, across phone, email and chat.

You will work with strong Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) language skills, a solid technical mindset, and a positive customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) as required.
Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics / tools.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, apps and connected devices.
Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Identify root causes of technical issues and determine solutions.
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.
Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
