Job summary

Westwing seeks a Last Mile Co-Ordinator Nordics based in Robakowo to steer delivery operations and drive regional ownership of the last mile. You will monitor networks, resolve anomalies early, and ensure carriers meet commitments across parcel, bulky, and multi-person deliveries.

You will work with Customer Care, use daily AI agents to streamline tasks, and participate in depot visits to gain hands-on insights. Fluency in English is required; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, e-commerce ops or related.
• Strong data handling with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
• Interest in AI tools and automation to streamline tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run daily exception management across delivery flows and chase carriers.
• Track regional carrier performance and flag risks early.
• Audit freight invoices and manage damage claims through closure.
• Collaborate with Customer Care on escalated delivery cases.
• Leverage AI agents to streamline repetitive tasks and reports.
• Participate in depot visits to gain operational insights.
