Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp Poland is seeking an Associate/Process Specialist for the night shift in Łódź. The role supports settlement services, treasury, and payments for our New York Branch, within an agile, international environment. You will join a high-skilled team and help ensure accurate daily operations while developing your knowledge in banking.

The position offers a hybrid model and requires English proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency at professional level.
• Experience with payments or treasury is advantageous.
• University degree; prior relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process treasury products including payments, trades, FX, and cash movements.
• Keep track of the bank’s positions across currencies with external banks.
• Facilitate transfers between Group USD accounts and Federal Reserve Bank accounts.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end reporting and reconciliation.
• Acquire process knowledge to meet service levels and end-to-end understanding.
• Collaborate with the team to represent Nordea professionally in an international setting.
