Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp Poland is seeking a Senior/Process Specialist to manage settlement of securities and related inquiries for Norwegian clients. You will join the Securities Settlement NO team in a back-office role supporting global custody services and market activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and proactive risk management within a hybrid work environment. Fluency in English and a related degree are preferred; AI tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Finance, economics or mathematics related degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily settlement of securities traded by Norwegian clients on domestic and global markets.
• Investigate, amend and match transactions that did not settle automatically.
• Support internal or external stakeholders with securities settlement queries.
• Participate in projects addressing market requirements and internal process changes.
