Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp, Łódź, is seeking an Associate/Process Specialist for the night shift to support treasury and payments operations within the ICB Support Team. You will handle treasury products, perform reconciliations, and contribute to end-to-end processes in an international environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and flexibility, with a night shift from 5 PM to 1 AM. Strong English skills and experience in multi-country teams are valued.

Qualifications

• English fluency (spoken and written) at professional level.
• Experience working in international teams and with payments/treasury is a plus.
• University degree and relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process treasury products including payments, trades, FX, and cash movements.
• Position keeping and tracking bank positions across currencies.
• Facilitate transfers between Group USD accounts and Federal Reserve Bank account.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end reporting and reconciliation.
• Develop SOPs and gain process knowledge to ensure service levels.
