Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp Poland is seeking a Process Specialist in Corporate Actions SE to ensure accurate capture, processing and reconciliation of Corporate Action events. You will work in a professional, international environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across borders.

The role offers a hybrid work model and requires fluent English, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk and process improvement.

Qualifications

Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Structured approach to tasks with the ability to prioritise under time pressure.
Proactive risk awareness and long-term issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Process instructions, securities bookings and cash payments related to Corporate Action events with 4-eyes control where relevant.
Process payments accurately and timely in line with regulations and SLAs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
Support process optimization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement, risk mitigation, controls and reporting within Corporate Actions SE.
