Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level.
• Handling routine task at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions.
• Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea.
• Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost.
