Job summary

RHCCG is seeking a results-driven Sales Agent to expand our client base in the luxury residential and commercial construction sector across NY/NJ/CT. This commission-based role suits someone with a strong network in high-end architecture, interior design, or construction.

You’ll drive qualified leads, promote white-glove project management and consulting services, and help growth through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach.
• Familiarity with design/construction industry is a plus.
• Experience in lead generation and client referrals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and referral partners.
• Promote RHCCG’s services with a clear value proposition in high-end construction consulting.
• Educate leads about the firm’s expertise and portfolio.
• Coordinate warm introductions and meetings with company leadership.
• Maintain outreach and follow-up tracking of lead activity.
• Attend site visits, networking events, or design meetings as applicable.
• Report basic pipeline updates and client activity.
