Wella Company in Poland is seeking a Net Revenue Controller to lead Gross-to-Net processes for our Professional Hair and Nail brands. You will partner with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate month-end close, forecast revenue, and manage deductions and rebates in line with company policies.
You will maintain strong internal controls, deliver timely reporting, and support commercial decisions with robust analytics and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Location: Łódź/Warsaw (both offices within a 3-minute walk of a train station).
This role requires approximately 30% business travel.
The Net Revenue Controller (Gross-to-Net & Commercial Finance Analyst) at Wella Company plays a pivotal role in ensuring the correct Net Revenue reporting of our Professional Hair and Nail brands. This position serves as the primary finance support for Sales team and is integral to the collaborative efforts between Sales Account Managers and Finance. The Net Revenue controller is responsible for Gross to Net month end close, preparation of revenue forecast and budget control for sales deductions including promotional budgets. Drives ROI mindset and delivers timely and transparent reporting of sales performance.
