Job summary

Wella Company in Warsaw seeks a Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategic brand agenda across CEEMEA for salon professional care, treatments, and styling. You will partner with markets, distributors, education, trade marketing, and commercial teams to drive sustainable growth.

The role focuses on portfolio leadership, launches, lifecycle planning, and premium brand storytelling, with a hybrid work arrangement in Poland.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of brand management; 3+ years in regional/multi-market roles.
  • Experience in professional beauty, luxury, or prestige brands or affinity to hairdressing industry.
  • Proven P&L ownership and brand KPI track record.
  • Experience leading multi-brand, multi-country portfolios.
  • Strong ATL and innovation launch experience.
  • Experience in CEEMEA or emerging markets.
  • Proven matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent English and Polish communication.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the regional brand strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Own regional product portfolio strategy: launches, relaunches, lifecycle management.
  • Ensure brand positioning resonates with salon professionals across CEEMEA markets.
  • Activate ATL and digital storytelling.
  • Localize global innovations and build regional GTM plans for new launches.
  • Drive 360° activation frameworks including education, digital content, e-commerce platforms, and stylist engagement.
  • Partner with Education on technical storytelling, product performance claims, trial programs, and stylist seeding.
  • Track business KPIs: net revenue, sell-in/sell-out performance, market share, hero SKU performance, and portfolio health.
  • Lead monthly reviews with markets to diagnose performance drivers and define corrective actions.
  • Analyze professional category trends and salon insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Adapt and create regional brand content: digital/social content, launch toolkits, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure all brand messaging is consistent and premium, aligned with Wella Professional care positioning.
  • Collaborate with stylists, ambassadors, and influencers for authentic professional storytelling.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets for Care & Styling and optimize ROI across education, activations, events, and digital campaigns.

About The Role

The Senior Brand Manager executes the strategic brand agenda across the CEEMEA region, ensuring the sustainable growth of the professional care products in collaboration with markets, distributors, education, trade marketing, and commercial teams. The role focuses exclusively on salon professional products, including care, treatments, and styling across all channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand-building mastery with deep understanding of the professional salon ecosystem—stylists, salons, educators, distributors, and professional retail channels.

What You Will Do
Regional Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Execute the regional brand strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Own the regional product portfolio strategy: launches, relaunches, hero SKU management, rationalization, and lifecycle planning.
  • Ensure brand positioning resonates with salon professionals across diverse CEEMEA markets.
  • Activate ATL & digital storytelling.
Innovation & Go-To-Market Excellence
  • Localize global innovation strategies and build compelling regional GTM plans for new launches.
  • Drive 360° activation frameworks including education, digital content, e-commerce platforms, and stylist engagement.
  • Partner with Education on technical storytelling, product performance claims, trial programs, and stylist seeding.
Business Performance Management
  • Track business KPIs: net revenue, sell-in/sell-out performance, market share, hero SKU performance, and portfolio health.

What We Want You To Bring Along
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 7–10+ years of brand management experience; at least 3 years in a regional or multi-market role.
  • Experience in professional beauty, luxury, or prestige brands; OR strong affinity to hairdressing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in owning P&L or brand performance KPIs.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑brand and multi‑country portfolios
  • Strong track record in ATL communication development and innovation launches
  • Experience working in complex CEEMEA or emerging market environments
  • Demonstrated success in matrix leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated success leading innovation and go‑to‑market programs
