Britenet is seeking a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Developer to design and develop enterprise-scale software systems. The role emphasizes front-end and back-end expertise with Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS and .NET/C#. Candidates should lead technical teams, document solutions, and contribute across SDLC, with hybrid work 5x/month in Warsaw.

Formación

• Requires minimum 6 years in IT with senior profile.
• At least 3 years of project experience in related profile.
• One international certification in software development domain is required.
• Bachelor's degree in ICT is not mandatory.
• Demonstrated senior/lead software development experience.
• Experience in micro frontends or microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of OO and functional design patterns.
• Hands-on with Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS.
• Proficient in .NET/C# backend development.
• Experience with SQL Server and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and automated/unit testing.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and container-based environments (OpenShift).
• Has completed full lifecycle of at least one enterprise system.
• Ability to design data, business logic, and UI layers; UML capable.
• Experience in Scrum and leading technical teams.
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Open to hybrid work 5x/month in Warsaw.

• Minimum 6 years of IT relevant professional experience


• Minimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position


• Has at least 1 certification among: Advanced level certificate in software development technology domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally


• Bachelor's Degree, ICT relevant degree is not mandatory


• Demonstrates practical experience in software development as Senior Full-Stack Developer or Lead Developer


• Demonstrates practical experience in design and development of micro fronted or microservices solutions


• Possesses outstanding expertise in design patterns from both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms


• Demonstrates practical experience in frontend technologies development including Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS


• Demonstrates practical experience in backend technologies development including .NET, C#.


• Demonstrates practical experience in working with relational (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server) and non-relational databases


• Posses knowledge of GraphQL


• Demonstrates practical experience in development of automated and unit tests


• Possesses knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) and containers-based development environments (e.g. OpenShift)


• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution


• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain


• Knows UML and can design applications in UML


• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer


• Worked in Scrum developments


• Is capable for leading technical teams


• Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions


• Presents problem solving skills
