Job summary

Britenet in Warsaw offers a role for an experienced software professional specializing in enterprise SharePoint and .NET technologies. You will lead development in a Scrum environment, refactor legacy code and drive technical debt management across modules.

The position requires 6+ years IT experience, strong architecture skills across data, business logic and UI layers, and collaboration with business owners, analysts and testers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT professional experience.
• 3+ years project experience in a similar profile.
• At least 1 international certification in software development.
• Proven development of enterprise apps on SharePoint on-premises with SPFx, React/TypeScript and PnPjs.
• Experience refactoring legacy code in Scrum with Azure DevOps Boards, Repos and Pipelines.
• Experience integrating LOB apps with identity systems and REST APIs.
• Proficient in designing data, business logic and UI layers.
• Knowledge of UML and software design.
• Ability to collaborate with business owners, analysts and testers.
• Hybrid work from Warsaw office (max 5x/month).

Job description

• Minimum level of education (Bachelor's Degree) ICT relevant degree is NOT mandatory
• Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years) - 6
• Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position (years) - 3
• At least 1 certification among: Advanced level certificate in software development technology domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
• Proven development of enterprise applications on SharePoint on-premises (2019 / Subscription Edition) with SPFx, React/TypeScript and PnPjs, including custom Web APIs in .NET/C# on IIS and SQL Server
• Experience in taking over and evolving an existing code base developed by a third party (code review, refactoring, technical-debt management, regression testing) in a Scrum team using Azure DevOps Boards, Repos with pull-request workflow and Pipelines
• Experience integrating line-of-business applications with identity and external systems (EU Login / SAML / Entra ID, REST APIs, notifications, document management) and in performance optimisation of list-based SharePoint solutions
• Ability to work directly with business owners, analysts and testers on backlog refinement, estimation and acceptance; availability for a knowledge-transfer period overlapping the last sprints of the current contractor (November 2026)
• English at min. B2 level
• Openness for hybrid work (max. 5 x/month) from Warsaw office
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
• Knows UML and can design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Worked in Scrum developments
• Is capable for leading technical teams
• Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions
• Presents problem solving skills
