Job summary

Auctane is seeking a Software Engineer in Poland with 2+ years of backend experience. The role focuses on Java 17+ with Spring Boot, BPM workflows, AWS cloud services, and automated testing to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

You will develop RESTful APIs, deploy on AWS, and contribute to the full SDLC, including CI/CD and code reviews in a fast-growing team in Wrocław.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of backend application development with Java 17+ and Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OOP, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, or Karate).
• Knowledge of API and integration testing with automated test suites.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Software Engineer, we are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineerwith 2+ years of experience in Java backend development.
