Job summary

ИТ Squad ищет опытного специалиста по Backend-разработке для проектов в области цифровых трансформаций. Вы будете работать над микросервисной архитектурой, Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, и интеграциями через REST и Kafka, с упором на качество кода и снижение технического долга.

Гибридный режим работы в Варшаве, возможность для B2B или гражданско-правового договора. Вас ждут проекты клиентов и собственные продукты, обучение и рост в компании.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет общего коммерческого опыта в разработке ПО.
• Не менее 3 лет Java и PostgreSQL.
• Глубокие знания backend: Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, JPA / Hibernate.
• Опыт frontend: Angular 19+, TypeScript, NodeJS; 2 года Angular.
• Не менее 2 лет Agile/SCRUM.
• Опыт интеграции систем через REST, SOAP, Kafka.
• Опыт CI/CD и инструментов сборки Maven, Gradle; Git/GitHub.
• Знание Kibana/Elasticsearch.
• Опыт Docker/Kubernetes; Linux/Windows.
• Tomcat; паттерны проектирования; качество кода.
• Плюсом Magnolia DX Core; Azure; Nginx/Apache; DDD и применения AI в разработке.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и согласование технических предпосылок с учётом целостности и безопасности.
• Разработка и внедрение функциональности в бизнес-системах с микросервисной архитектурой, backend-центр.
• Ревью кода команды на соответствие архитектурным стандартам.
• Инициирование рефакторинга и снижение технического долга.
• Оказание поддержки по программированию и доменной области в процессе внедрения решений.
• Диагностика, анализ и устранение ошибок из UAT и продовых мониторингов.
• Оценка трудоёмкости запланированных изменений в IT-системах.

Задачи

• Designing and agreeing on technical assumptions while ensuring integrity, data security, high architectural quality, and minimal impact on technical debt.
• Developing and implementing functionality in business systems using a microservices architecture, with a focus on the backend.
• Reviewing code delivered by the team for compliance with architectural standards and the assumptions behind changes.
• Actively preventing technical debt by initiating refactoring and adding entries to the system debt register.
• Providing programming and subject-matter support during solution implementation and the responsible maintenance of application modules.
• Diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving errors from UAT tests and maintenance issues observed in production monitoring.
• Estimating the effort required for planned changes to IT systems.

Требования

• At least 4 years of overall commercial experience in software development projects, including at least 3 years of experience working with Java and PostgreSQL databases.
• Very good knowledge of backend technologies: Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, and JPA / Hibernate.
• Knowledge of and experience creating frontend applications: Angular 19+, TypeScript, NodeJS, with at least 2 years of experience with Angular.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile / SCRUM model.
• Experience integrating systems using REST, SOAP, and Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and application build tools: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, as well as version control tools: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub.
• Ability to use tools for diagnosing and analyzing errors: Kibana, Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat).
• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns, and a commitment to code quality.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of CMS systems, particularly Magnolia DX Core;
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (Azure Cloud);
• Knowledge of HTTP servers (Nginx, Apache);
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and practical use of artificial intelligence (AI / Agentic AI tools) in the software development process.
