Job summary

J.P. Morgan SE in Warsaw is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to deliver high-quality COREP reports and Pillar 3 disclosures within an international team.

You will apply a robust control framework to ensure accuracy, support regulatory projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, India, the UK and the US.

The role requires strong Excel skills, four years of regulatory reporting experience, and excellent communication under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of German and European regulatory requirements, especially CRR3.
• Hands-on COREP reporting experience, with knowledge of Own Funds, FRTB or other market risk reporting components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review reported figures.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with ownership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit COREP reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank and ECB.
• Prepare and review Pillar 3 disclosures.
• Apply the control environment, operating model, process tools and documentation to support market risk calculations and regulatory report production.
• Perform investigations and ad hoc analysis, respond to queries, and lead or support projects relating to regulatory reporting.
