Job summary

Banking Circle in Warsaw is seeking a Transaction & Payments Reporting Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting team. You will help deliver timely regulatory and payments reporting across Europe, bridging operations, compliance and IT while ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in financial services regulatory or payments reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, MiCA, PSD2/PSD3 reporting accurately and on time.
• Monitor data quality, investigate exceptions, resolve issues.
• Support regulatory updates and related change management.
• Gather requirements and define reporting, data, and system enhancements.
• Participate in UAT, document results, track issues to resolution.
• Maintain controls and documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on reporting.
• Contribute to projects involving new jurisdictions and systems.
