Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking a Liquidity Reporting Manager to oversee ECB liquidity reporting (LCR/NSFR/ALMM) and related daily metrics within SSBI Regulatory Reporting.

You will ensure compliance with BCBS 239 principles, manage changes from regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain robust data lineage and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• 6+ years in banking/financial services with some regulatory reporting exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Regnology/Abacus360.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end Report Owner for ECB liquidity regulatory reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM) and daily liquidity metrics.
• Ensure regulatory reports comply with BCBS 239 principles and drive data lineage and transparency.
• Manage changes from new regulatory requirements, product integrations, audits and process improvements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on reporting processes, data needs and controls.
• Project manage dedicated regulatory changes and implementation planning.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on liquidity reporting.
• Oversee outsourced reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency and controls.
