You will advise customers on the dispute process, maintain compliance, and handle inquiries with strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Polish, English and German language skills at least B2 level.
• Attention to detail and a technical approach.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Experience with chargebacks/credit card disputes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze incoming disputes from issuing banks and apply card scheme rules.
• Inform merchants of disputes and request documentation to refute the bank's claim.
• Edit, prepare, and submit documentation to issuing banks timely and accurately.
• Advise customers and clarify dispute processes to reduce complaints.
