Qualifications

• Very good command of English, Catalan and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• supporting customers throughout the entire service journey, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support
• understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products, services and available options
• assisting customers with orders, bookings, changes and other service-related requests
• guiding customers through the company’s digital platform and self-service solutions
• handling customer inquiries, feedback and requests via phone, email and digital channels, supporting customers across international markets
