Job summary

OVHcloud in Wrocław is seeking a proactive Help Desk / Support Associate to be the first point of contact for international customers. You will listen, diagnose billing and administrative issues, and promote OVHcloud's expertise and strong customer support image.

In this on-site role, you will work in shifts and grow your technical and soft skills through our dedicated training programs, with opportunities to move to hybrid work as you settle in.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish, English and Spanish or Italian or German.
• Readiness to work on shifts (business hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM – 6PM in 8 hour shifts).
• Great communication skills.
• Independence and curiosity in searching for solutions.
• Oriented towards great customer service.
• Ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Willingness to work with new technologies and to develop.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers from different countries worldwide.
• Listen and empathize with customers, diagnose and fix their problems related to billing and administrative issues.
• Participate in defined projects and missions.
• Understand, integrate and promote OVHcloud as a company with strong expertise and excellent customer support.
