Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Senior Systems Infrastructure/DevOps engineer to architect and optimize a multi-cloud provisioning platform across production environments. The role focuses on reliability, scalability and performance, with end-to-end automation to minimize manual toil.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in software engineering or DevOps, strong AWS and Kubernetes experience, and a proven ability to make independent architectural decisions while collaborating with engineering teams to improve

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, DevOps or Systems Infrastructure.
Proven ability to architect decisions and deliver production-ready automated infrastructure independently.
Strong technical communication skills with the ability to align with Technical Leads and collaborate across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Architect and drive the reliability, scalability and performance of a multi-cloud provisioning platform across production environments.
Design and implement end-to-end automation pipelines to eliminate manual intervention and reduce toil.
Lead incident detection, triage, root cause analysis and long-term preventative engineering solutions.
Audit platform operations to identify bottlenecks, eliminate single points of failure and reduce structural complexity.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed reliability and security considerations early into the SDLC.
