Job summary
Square One Resources Limited is seeking a senior SRE/DevOps engineer to own reliability, scalability, automation, and production infrastructure on a highly automated multi-cloud platform. You will design, build and operate production Kubernetes clusters on AWS, drive incident response and RCA, and mentor engineers while advancing engineering best practices with strong autonomy.
This role offers high ownership, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to influence architectural decisions
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SRE, DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Strong automation and incident response skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale production-grade multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Build end-to-end automation and reduce manual operations.
- Manage, provision and scale Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Architect and troubleshoot AWS environments.
- Define and improve SLIs/SLOs and reliability standards.
- Lead incident response, RCA and production troubleshooting.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for simplification.
- Make architectural decisions with Engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
