Job summary

Seargin is seeking a senior data architect to lead the design and construction of large-scale data architectures, shaping the future of our data infrastructure. You will mentor junior engineers, set technical standards and drive architectural decisions in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role focuses on building scalable, secure data platforms, solving complex engineering challenges and guiding governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, implementing and building complex data engineering solutions and large-scale data architectures.
• Proven track record leading high-impact projects and developing long-term strategies for enterprise-level data architecture.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to data governance and ensuring the resilience and security of critical data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and construction of large-scale data architectures while mentoring junior engineers and setting technical standards.
• Solve complex data engineering problems and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure.
• Work with senior leadership to align data strategy and organizational needs while influencing architectural decisions.
• Lead high-impact projects shaping data infrastructure, develop long-term architecture strategies and contribute to data governance.
• Manage enterprise-level data systems and design advanced processing frameworks, scalable data warehouses and data lakes.
