Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an MSP Delivery Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of a Managed Service Provider program, ensuring contingent workforce activities are accurately coordinated and processed within the client's Vendor Management System.

• Experience in MSP or contingent workforce management.
• Hands-on with VMS platforms such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Magnit, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and high-volume data management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; able to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MSP program activities across requisitions, candidates, suppliers, hiring managers and program stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate worker, requisition, candidate, and assignment data in the VMS.
• Monitor workflow, follow up on approvals, onboarding requirements, and program actions.
• Collaborate with staffing suppliers to resolve questions and ensure compliance with processes.
• Communicate professionally with hiring managers, suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy, resolve discrepancies.
• Track program activity, deadlines, and outstanding actions to meet service levels.
• Support reporting, data validation, audits, and other MSP administrative tasks.
• Escalate issues with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Follow MSP processes, policies, SLAs and client-specific procedures.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior MSP experience and hands-on exposure to VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, Magnit, or similar systems.

Job Description

• Coordinate daily MSP program activities across contingent workforce requisitions, candidates, suppliers, hiring managers, and program stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain accurate worker, requisition, candidate, and assignment information within the applicable VMS platform.
• Monitor workflow activity and follow up on outstanding approvals, documentation, onboarding requirements, and other program actions.
• Partner with staffing suppliers to resolve questions, obtain required information, and maintain compliance with established program processes.
• Communicate professionally with hiring managers, suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders regarding workforce requests and program activity.
• Review data and documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact downstream processes.
• Track program activity, deadlines, and outstanding actions to ensure requests are completed accurately and within expected service levels.
• Support reporting, data validation, audits, and other administrative activities required for effective MSP program delivery.
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining clear documentation and consistent stakeholder communication.
• Follow established MSP processes, policies, service-level expectations, and client-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within an MSP or contingent workforce management environment.
• Hands-on experience using a Vendor Management System such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Magnit, or a comparable VMS platform.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage high volumes of information, transactions, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the confidence to communicate directly with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot routine operational issues, and escalated concerns appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven, service-oriented environment with defined workflows and service-level expectations.
• Experience with Magnit is preferred.
