Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Director, Implementations to lead a team of project managers for client-facing MSP and VMS accounts. You will guide internal and external stakeholders, sponsor key implementations, and drive best practices across Magnit’s global client base.

You will mentor staff, optimize project methodologies, and oversee budgeting and resource planning to ensure successful outcomes for complex programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years project management experience, preferably in MSP space.
• 10+ years managing a team is required.
• Proven ability to enhance and communicate PM methodologies and standards.
• Strong budgeting experience and project-library development.
• Experience presenting to sales opportunities with MSP/VMS context.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor key implementations and mentor the project team.
• Monitor performance, educate, and coach for growth.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders for sponsorship and support.
• Ensure post-project reviews and lessons learned are incorporated.
• Plan resources and budget for ongoing programs.
