Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland is seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage planning, scheduling, and materials flow across the production cycle to keep operations efficient. You will work with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering teams to coordinate material movement and ensure availability of components and raw materials needed to meet goals.

Reporting to the MPS Manager EMEA, you will monitor inventory levels, drive process improvements, and collaborate across functions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and increase production efficiency.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure agreement and feasibility of production plans.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and improve stock levels to minimize waste and excess inventory.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
