Job summary

HAVI Belgium is seeking a Material Planning and Procurement Specialist in Kraków to optimize stock levels and ensure efficient supply flows. You will own inventory management, forecast generation, and purchase order coordination to support business requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years in supply chain or related fields, fluent English and Polish, advanced Excel skills, and ERP experience. You will work with cross-functional teams across promotions and distribution to maintain service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or a related field.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
• Native Polish language.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of goods to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.
• Own inventory management activities, including BBD control, inbound transportation, load building, transport capacity, and inbound balancing.
• Generate, verify, and analyze forecasts to support business requirements.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Collaborate closely with Promotions and Distribution Centre teams to support supply planning activities.
• Act as the key contact point for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners regarding planning figures and forecasts.
• Handle inbound claims and resolve supply-related issues in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, implementing solutions to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
