Job summary

Electrolux Poland Spolka z o.o. in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a Material Planning Specialist to ensure uninterrupted production through optimal inventory and strong supplier relationships.

You will manage material availability, supplier capacity, and risks while coordinating purchase orders and delivery to meet production needs. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement and Controlling teams, leveraging SAP and MS Office, and communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain and material planning.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and balance costs with uninterrupted production.
• Oversee obsolete/slow-moving materials and new component introductions.
• Provide material availability data to support production planning and risk assessment.
• Manage purchase orders, track fulfillment, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate supplier delivery and optimize material flow and lead times.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across supply chain.
