Huuuge Games is seeking a Monetization Specialist to shape revenue strategy and product performance for our titles, with offices in Poland (Warsaw) or Israel (Tel Aviv). This role combines business insight, marketing creativity, and a data-driven mindset to drive impact.

You will develop monetization strategies, coordinate with product, marketing, and analytics teams, and lead LiveOps planning to maximize revenue and player engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.
• Proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• A creative and curious mindset with a strong business orientation.
• Great communication skills and experience collaborating across teams and functions.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue and player engagement.
• Collaborate on planning and execution of product launches and LiveOps calendars to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Analyze and optimize monetization mechanics, pricing models, and promotions based on data insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align monetization efforts with product goals.
• Lead or support monetization-related projects to enhance player experience and lifetime value.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve monetization performance.
• Use Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan, and report monetization activities.
