This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Monetization, Product, Data, and Brand, clear ownership, and the ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience leading a UA team.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn data into clear decisions.
• Hands-on experience with UA platforms, tools, and performance analytics.
• Curiosity to test, learn, and optimize at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UA team, establishing priorities and performance expectations.
• Own and allocate UA and retargeting budgets, ensuring efficient spend and targets.
• Define and execute UA strategies for live titles to drive scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Creative, Monetization, Product, Data, and Brand teams to align acquisition with business goals.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency and predictability of UA campaigns.
