Job summary

Joyteractive Limited, a leading mobile puzzle game studio, seeks a skilled UA professional with incentivized traffic experience. You will manage campaigns across offerwalls and rewarded networks, optimize payouts, and drive ROI and LTV improvements.

You will work autonomously to scale the channel, analyze fraud and cohort profitability, and collaborate with Product/Monetization teams to boost activation and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile UA with incentivized traffic experience.
• Strong understanding of rewarded ecosystem, payouts, and network auction mechanics.
• Data-driven decision making based on ROI, payback and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale incentivized traffic as part of the UA strategy.
• Collaborate with offerwalls and rewarded networks.
• Tune payout models (CPI/CPA/CPE) and terms.
• Analyze traffic quality, event completion, retention and fraud.
• Track cohort profitability from install to revenue.
• Improve user conversion with Product and Monetization teams.
