Job summary

UpcoMinds is seeking a Mid Full Stack Core Developer with around 5 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will design, develop and maintain enterprise-level software systems using C#/.NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend, in an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will collaborate with leads, analysts and domain teams throughout the SDLC, producing documentation and participating in code reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET in Windows
• 8 years combined post-secondary education and professional experience
• Level 6 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field
• C1 level English per CEFR
• Experience with the full SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
• Experience with IIS and/or Nginx, bug tracking and version control
• Professional experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server)
• Experience designing enterprise software using .NET technologies
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders

Job description

We are looking for a Mid Full Stack Core Developer with approximately 5 years of hands-on professional experience to join our development team.

The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level software systems, reusable frameworks, shared services and core platform components, combining strong C#/.NET backend expertise with practical Angular frontend experience.

You will work closely with Development Leads, Senior Core Developers, Business Analysts and domain development teams, contributing to the full software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable frameworks, packages, shared services and core platform components.


• Design and develop applications, services and APIs using C#/.NET.


• Design and deliver modern Angular applications and micro-frontends.


• Develop and support .NET microservices and, where appropriate, Node.js/NestJS BFFs.


• Own assigned Core user stories, including technical approach, refinement, scope clarification and dependency identification.


• Contribute to shared APIs, integrations, micro-frontend foundations and automated testing.


• Support framework, runtime and dependency upgrades.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shared components, services and applications.


• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management and deployment activities.


• Produce and maintain technical documentation, specifications, READMEs and coding standards.


• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.


• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.


• Work independently while providing guidance and support to junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Object-Oriented Software Development using C#/.NET, preferably in a Windows environment.


• At least 8 years of combined post-secondary education and professional experience.


• Level 6 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.


• C1 level of English, according to CEFR.


• Experience across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.


• Experience with IIS and/or Nginx, bug tracking and version control systems.


• Professional experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.


• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.


• Strong experience developing software components, services, applications and enterprise-level solutions.


• Strong knowledge of designing and developing enterprise software systems using .NET technologies.


• Good knowledge of database design, XML, authentication and authorization.


• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.


• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.


• Ability to produce technical specifications, concept documents and technical documentation.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
