Job summary

UpcoMinds is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to own the technical delivery of business-domain features. You will lead development teams and work closely with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, and business analysts to design, develop, deploy and maintain enterprise applications.

The role focuses on C#/.NET, Angular, microservices, and enterprise software, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and shape architecture across UI, BFF, services and data layers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined post-secondary education and professional work experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with .NET technologies in Windows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Level 6 in CS/SE or related field.
• Strong command of English at C1 level (CEFR).
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Experience with full SDLC from requirements to maintenance.
• Experience with Visual Studio, IIS and Nginx, bug tracking and version control.
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and enterprise-scale systems.
• Ability to guide junior/mid developers and produce technical docs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team and take ownership of the technical delivery of business-domain features.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in C#/.NET, Angular, microservices and enterprise software development, combined with proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions throughout their complete lifecycle.

You will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, testers, UX/UI specialists, business analysts and other stakeholders to design, develop, deploy and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead developers within the assigned business sub-domain and own the technical delivery of domain features.
• Design and deliver Angular micro-frontends and C#/.NET microservices, using NestJS/Node.js BFFs where appropriate.
• Own assigned user stories from technical design through implementation and delivery.
• Prepare technical designs, facilitate refinement sessions, clarify scope and dependencies, and drive the team towards agreed estimates.
• Maintain domain components across UI, BFF, services, databases and integrations.
• Ensure high standards of architecture, software quality, security, maintainability and testability.
• Perform code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support releases, deployments and production troubleshooting.
• Act as 2nd and 3rd line technical support, identifying and resolving complex problems and transferring knowledge to the team.
• Guide, coach and mentor less experienced developers.
• Lead and coordinate development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Core, DevOps, QA/Test, UX/UI and Business Analysis teams.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management and deployment activities.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, coding standards and README documentation.
• Collect and interpret software development metrics.
• Promote engineering best practices, clean architecture and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of combined post-secondary education and professional work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in object-oriented software development using .NET technologies in a Windows environment, preferably within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong command of English at C1 level according to CEFR.
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Hands-on experience with the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience with IIS and Nginx, bug tracking systems and version control systems.
• Strong experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Professional experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-level software systems using .NET.
• Strong understanding of database design, XML, authentication and authorization.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Experience producing technical specifications, architecture/design documentation and end-user or technical documentation.
