Job summary

Gerflor Group in Poznan is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our Digital Factory. The role requires minimum 3 days per week in the office and offers hybrid work after onboarding. You will help shape the global CRM platform used by our international sales organization.

As part of the team, you will design and develop features in Dynamics 365 CRM, build integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs, and collaborate across Europe to deliver robust CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, and Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with Dataverse, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of CRM or sales business processes.
• Professional English; eligible to work in Poland full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop integrations, plugins, workflows, and APIs.
• Work with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into solutions.
• Provide Level 3 support and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to performance, deployments, and improvements.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

– based in Poznan (PL) / minimum 3 days per week in the office –

Shape the future of Gerflor's global CRM platform. We are looking for a CRM & Sales Applications Developer who wants to play a key role in developing and evolving our global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform used by our international sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity to become one of the technical experts driving our CRM transformation while collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

YOUR ROLE:

• As part of our Digital Factory team, you will:
• Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Develop integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs
• Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Resolve complex technical issues as Level 3 Support
• Contribute to application performance, deployments and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners worldwide

YOUR PROFILE:
