Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join an international in‑house technology team and help develop and enhance a global CRM platform supporting sales teams across markets.

This hands-on role spans Dynamics 365 CE, .NET and Power Platform, while contributing to integrations and ongoing evolution of enterprise CRM solutions and deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of CRM and/or sales processes.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Legal authorisation to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Developing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
• Developing plugins, workflows, integrations and REST APIs.
• Working with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Supporting deployments, performance improvements and continuous development.
• Collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners internationally.
