Job summary

InPost is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Dynamics 365) to shape enterprise-scale Dynamics solutions across markets. You will design and implement business-critical Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, guiding architecture and integration with Azure services.

You'll mentor engineers, promote best practices, and apply AI-enabled workflows. Hybrid work from Poland, with strong focus on delivering customer-focused outcomes for a growing e-commerce delivery platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
• Professional English proficiency.

We are looking for an experienced engineer who wants to drive impactful technology initiatives and help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across an international organisation.

In this role, you will design and build business-critical solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform while contributing to architectural decisions, engineering excellence and long-term technology strategy.

What will help you succeed?

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services (especially Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus)
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis or Apache Kafka.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
