IVER, a Nordic IT and cloud transformation partner, is expanding its Dynamics 365 & Power Platform capabilities in Poland. We’re seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team and collaborate with the Scandinavian Sales organization to enhance business processes.

You'll work with the Product Owner and stakeholders across the full lifecycle—from requirements and design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement—while embracing a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong C#/.NET development skills.
• Good knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.
• JavaScript/TypeScript and Power Automate experience.
• Experience with integrations, REST APIs and preferably Azure services.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Clear communicator, comfortable with hybrid work, English B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, plugins, APIs, workflows, and security.
• Build Power Platform solutions and Power Automate flows to support business processes and automation.
• Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, deploy and continuously improve existing solutions.

We’re expanding our Dynamics 365 & Power Platform capabilities in Poland as we transition responsibilities from our Norway-based team. We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team and work closely with our Scandinavian Sales organization, helping develop and improve solutions that support their business processes.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with an understanding of business needs. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders across the full solution lifecycle — from requirements and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

SALARY

10 000 – 14 000 PLN gross/month Permanent

71 - 100 net/hour B2B

12 000 – 16 800 PLN net/month B2B
