STALEKS in Warsaw is hiring a Digital Adoption Specialist for a full-time, in-office role. You will drive change management, enable employees, and ensure seamless adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in digital adoption or related fields, strong M365 knowledge, and the ability to train non-technical users. Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and English at B1+ are required, with opportunities to shape global digital transformation.

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Adoption, Change Management, User Enablement, or IT Training.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) is required.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian for daily internal communication.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Proven track record in developing training content and facilitating workshops for non-technical users.
• Understanding of Change Management frameworks (ADKAR or similar) and digital adoption metrics.
• Experience with M365 rollouts (especially Google Workspace to M365 migrations), Power Platform / Copilot, or MS-900 / AB-900 certifications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business unit needs into practical Microsoft 365 use cases and workflows.
• Plan and conduct training programs, onboarding sessions, and practical workshops for employees.
• Create structured learning materials: guidelines, SOPs, FAQs, checklists, and short video tutorials.
• Establish and lead a network of internal Digital Champions / Key Users to drive adoption locally.
• Analyze system adoption metrics and usage data to identify user friction and adjust the implementation strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to align on functional changes (non-technical, no infrastructure administration required).

We are currently scaling our global operations and transitioning our corporate ecosystem from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Dynamics 365).
