Job summary

Look4IT is assisting a global power conversion group in appointing a hands‑on IT leader in Kraków. You will run a small team, own Dynamics 365 Business Central, and drive the digital workplace on Microsoft 365, including AI tooling adoption.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales and HR to translate business needs into buildable IT solutions. You will manage external IT vendors, steer delivery across locations, and govern budgets, ensuring alignment with group strategies and

Qualifications

7+ years in IT project management, product management or business applications management in international environment.
Hands‑on ERP experience through implementation, rollout, or continuous improvement (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
Fluent English as the working language and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small IT team, set priorities, support growth, and ensure day‑to‑day delivery.
Own Dynamics 365 Business Central: monitor, improve, prioritise change requests.
Develop and run the group's digital workplace on Microsoft 365, including Power BI and Copilot rollout.
