Job summary

Business Factory is expanding its Poland-based marketing team and seeks an energetic PPC META Specialist to join us remotely. You will manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns, run lead generation and performance projects, and work with Polish and international brands.

You will analyze results, control budgets, and provide actionable recommendations while building strong client relationships. If you are fluent in Polish and advanced in English and have hands-on experience with META Ads Manager,

• Advanced English and fluent Polish

• Experience with META Ads Manager; agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Responsibility, curiosity and a passion for digital marketing.
