Job summary

Dover Corporation in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Master Data Management Tools and Automation Specialist. The role focuses on developing automation and tools for product masterdata and leading MDM initiatives.

The candidate will lead NPI work packages, drive continuous improvement and coordinate with IT to implement automated solutions across Evolve, Power Automate and SAP integrations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience on masterdata management topics.
• SAP MM mandatory; PP/SD experience desirable.
• Experience with SAP BAPI.
• Experience with automation / efficiency tools like Evolve.
• Power BI data analytics experience.
• Scripting / programming: JavaScript or VBA.
• Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate; APIs and file interfaces.
• Project management in complex environments; Agile tools like JIRA.
• Experience in Product Change Management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/industrial processes.
• Data transfer projects between sites; strong English.
• Ability to train others and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support operational requests for masterdata topics.
• Identify gaps and propose automated solutions to improve processes.

• Design, test and maintain Automate Studio scripts and templates.
• Build automation using Power Automate, SAP BAPIs, APIs and file interfaces.
• Troubleshoot integrations across Evolve/Studio/SAP with ICT teams.
• Train MDM specialists and end-users on solutions.
• Be a core member on the MDM Tool (Automate Evolve) strategic project.

What You’ll Do

This role encompasses the MDM Specialist one. This role adds the development and implementation of Automation solutions and Tools within the MDM team for product masterdata

• Work Package Leader in all NPI Projects as well as sub-work package Leader for non-core masterdata functions
• Masterdata Lead in Product Change Management Projects
• Pilot small projects either as part of Product Change Management or part Data Maintenance
• Support Operational / Production requests for masterdata topics
• Identify systemic gaps in process and propose, implement solutions as part of Continuous Improvement
• Propose automated solutions to improve both masterdata and overall Team efficiency
• Collaborate with MDM developers to provide efficiency solutions for masterdata issues either as part of an NPI or regular masterdata maintenance
• Design, develop, test and maintain Automate Studio Scripts / Queries / Templates and Automate Evolve Forms / Workflows for material masterdata solutions
• Build supporting automation and integration using the most appropriate tools (for example Power Automate, SAP BAPIs, APIs/connectors, file interfaces and Excel/VBA) when required by the solution.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Evolve / Studio / SAP integrations and coordinate resolution with ICT, infrastructure teams and Precisely when required.
• Lead and train the other MDM Specialists and end-users to ensure the absolute best-in-class use of the solutions developed.
• Be a Project Core Member on the Strategic Project of the MDM Tool (Automate Evolve) driven by MDM Tool and Automation Lead.

What You´ll Need To Have

• Significant professional experience working on masterdata management topics
• Business Analyst level experience of SAP modules like MM (mandatory) and/or PP, SD (desirable)
• Experience of SAP BAPI
• Experience of automation / Efficiency tools like Evolve (or something similar)
• Experience of Data Analytics / Reporting like PowerBi (or something similar)
• Experience of scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, Visual Basic or VBA
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, and with system integration concepts such as APIs and file-based interfaces (CSV, TXT or XML).
• Project Management experience – whether as a Work Package Leader or active role in a complex project environment
• Experience of Product Change Management
• Ability to use Agile Project Management tools like JIRA
• Experience and knowledge of Manufacturing and Industrial Processes
• Experience of Data Transfer projects involving one site to another
• Fluency in English
