Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Master Data Management Tools and Automation Specialist to lead automation for product masterdata within the MDM team.

The role requires SAP MM expertise, experience with SAP BAPI, Power Platform (Power Automate), Power BI, and scripting in JavaScript/ VBA. You will build, test and maintain automation solutions and mentor colleagues in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in masterdata management.
• Mandatory SAP MM experience; PP/SD desirable.
• Experience with SAP BAPI.
• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate.
• Experience with Power BI and data analytics.
• Scripting in JavaScript, Visual Basic or VBA.
• Knowledge of APIs and file-based interfaces (CSV, TXT, XML).
• Project Management experience and familiarity with Agile/JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions for masterdata.
• Lead NPI projects as Work Package Leader; manage sub-packages for non-core masterdata functions.
• Lead Masterdata Change Management projects.
• Support operational/production requests for masterdata topics.
• Identify systemic gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with MDM developers to implement efficiency improvements.
• Design, develop, test and maintain Automate Studio scripts and templates.
• Build integrations using Power Automate, SAP BAPIs, APIs and file interfaces.
• Train other MDM specialists and end-users to ensure best-in-class usage.
