Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly motivated Business Analysis and Project Management Specialist in Data Management to join our team in Poland. You will support end-to-end data creation across domains such as Offer, Order, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Dispatching.

You will review, design, and implement master data processes, document workflows, and ensure data quality while collaborating with multinational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA MM/SD/PP.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and best practices.
• Master’s degree in IT, technical or business discipline, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review, design, and implement master data processes for selected data objects.
• Document processes and share knowledge with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent management of product, material, and document data.
• Enhance and monitor data quality procedures.
• Provide functional and technical support to local business units.

The opportunity

The role supports the end-to-end data creation process across key business domains, including Offer, Order, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Dispatching.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Review, design, and implement master data processes for selected data objects.
• Document processes and share knowledge with key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent management of product, material, and document data.
• Enhance and implement data quality monitoring procedures.
• Provide functional and technical support to local business units.
• Participate in UAT activities for data management solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA.
• Deliver training on data management processes and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of data governance and management standards.

Your background

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA, including MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and related best practices.
• Master’s degree in IT, a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, data analysis, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Experience working in multinational organizations with a high level of cultural awareness.
