Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków seeks a Business Analysis and Project Management Specialist in Data Management to support end-to-end data creation across Offer, Order, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Dispatching. You will design master data processes and train stakeholders.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, participate in SAP S/4HANA UAT, and help improve data governance and quality. A master’s degree and SAP experience are required in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with SAP R/3/S4 HANA, MM/SD/PP modules required.

The role supports the end-to-end data creation process across key business domains, including Offer, Order, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Dispatching.

Your background

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA, including MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and related best practices.
• Master’s degree in IT, a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, data analysis, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Experience working in multinational organizations with a high level of cultural awareness.
