Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Lead to design and validate future-state master data governance processes for enterprise transformation. You will lead process reengineering initiatives, define governance workflows, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities include MDG design, fit-gap analysis, vendor BP MDG configuration, and stakeholder collaboration to drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP MDG functional experience.
• Knowledge of business processes and process reengineering.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks and data quality standards.
• Proficiency in configuring MDG domain for Vendor BPs and integration scenarios.
• Capability to conduct fit-gap analysis and propose MDG solutions.
• Skills in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
