Job summary

Univio is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist in Wrocław to transform research into persuasive narratives for proposals, client meetings and internal communications. You will create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, write white papers, and collaborate with experts to translate complex topics into clear messages for the German market.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for a company or personal brand; you write clearly and understand what makes content resonate with its audience
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the technology industry, working with digital products or in an engineering environment
• Experience speaking with executive management; comfortable discussing business and technology as well as informal small talk
• Understanding of fundamental design principles; confident using PowerPoint, Figma, Canva and AI tools supporting visual creation
• Independence and continuous improvement – you take action without waiting for assigned tasks and refine your work through iterations and feedback
