Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Team in Poland. You will support campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing automation while collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Head of Growth.

Work across Nordics, UK, DACH markets, and Czechia for selected digital activities. The role requires hands-on experience with paid campaigns, strong analytics, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and launching paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube) based on campaign briefs.
• Monitoring, optimisation, and reporting of campaign performance (budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing).
• Providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
• Managing campaign tracking and measurement setup (UTM tagging, conversion tracking).
• Identifying opportunities to improve digital marketing performance and tools.
• Supporting planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives with Marketing Manager and Head of Growth.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team, which is part of our broader Growth Team, and support the execution of digital marketing activities across campaign execution, lead generation and marketing automation.

• Setting up and launching paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube, based on provided campaign briefs and content
• Monitoring, optimisation, and reporting of campaign performance (budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, performance improvements)
• Providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data
• Managing campaign tracking and measurement setup (UTM tagging, conversion tracking, campaign attribution)
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve digital marketing performance, tools, and ways of working
• Supporting planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Head of Growth

Kogo poszukujemy?

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Head of Growth, Sales, and Content Specialist, supporting strategic initiatives led by our Growth Team in Poland across key markets such as Nordics, UK, and DACH. You will also support selected digital marketing activities for our Business Area in Czechia.

• Have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B tech environment
• Have hands‑on experience with paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtubem, etc.)
• Are familiar with campaign tracking and analytics (UTMs, conversion tracking)
• Have a good understanding of automation tools (Salesforce, Zapier) and willingness to further develop your skills in this area. Salesforce is not required., just a plus – you will get a proper trainings
• Have a strong analytical mindset and can optimise campaigns based on data
• Are proactive, self-driven and comfortable working in a role with a high level of ownership
• Communicate fluently in English
